The Citrus Lemon Verbena blend is a mixture of Sicilian mandarin, Calabrian bergamot and lemon verbena. This base, a true concentrate of Mediterranean freshness, is ideal for making cocktails as well as sorbets and pastries. Lemon verbena gives off a delicate floral scent and lends itself to a multitude of simple yet effective variations, served with sparkling water, lemonade or lemon-flavoured fizzy drinks. For alcoholic versions, it pairs beautifully with gin, vodka or Champagne. On the sweet side, marshmallows, jelly or a coulis would certainly make your mouth water!
