Pear Frozen Compotée
Maison Ponthier has selected Williams pears from a fifty-year-old orchard in Provence, cultivated with love and expertise for several generations. Benefiting from generous sunshine, these fruits ripen slowly to offer sweet and delicate flavours, enhanced by subtle floral aromas.
Carefully crafted, this compotée has a soft, slightly grainy texture that is both melt-in-the-mouth and thirst-quenching, fully respecting the nature of the fresh fruit. The gentle processing preserves all the freshness and authenticity of the pear.
Ready to use and 100% natural, this compotée is perfect for fillings, tarts, desserts, ice cream or plated desserts.
