To make its exotic fruit purée and coulis, Maison Ponthier combines four carefully selected fruits: Flavicarpa passion fruit from Ecuador, Alphonso mango from India (Ratnagiri), banana from Ecuador and lime from Mexico. This recipe brings out the best flavours of each fruit: the tangy taste of passion fruit, the creaminess of mango, the delicious aroma of banana, all enhanced by the acidity of lime.
