Maison Ponthier has selected Willamette raspberries, grown in Serbia, for their powerful aromatic profile and intense red colour. Known for their juiciness and tender flesh, Willamette raspberries are prized for their clean taste, which is both fruity and tangy, making them ideal for gourmet preparations.

Harvested at full ripeness, the raspberries are individually quick frozen (IQF) immediately after picking to preserve their delicate texture, natural fragrance and visual appeal. The Serbian terroir, with its hot summers and cool nights, allows the fruit to develop a beautiful aromatic concentration and consistent quality.

With no added sugar, colourings or preservatives, these raspberries are perfectly suited to the requirements of professionals: pastry, confectionery, ice cream, sauces, coulis or drinks. A raw, expressive fruit, ready to enhance the most refined creations.
