Ponthier red fruit purée1,5cl (0.5fl. oz.)1,5cl (0.5fl. oz.)
Vanilla liqueur
Dry white champagne
Add the PONTHIER red fruit puree and vanilla liqueur into a mixing glass filled with ice. Add a dash of champagne. Stir, then pour into a champagne glass and top up with champagne.
