Ponthier lime 100% purée

2cl (0,75fl. oz.)

Liquid sugar

8cl (2,75fl. oz.)

Sparkling water

Using a shaker, mix the PONTHIER lime purée, the gin and the liquid sugar. Serve the mix in a Tumbler glass with ice and add sparkling water.
