Maison Ponthier has selected the Mecker variety, grown in Serbia, for its exceptionally large raspberries measuring over 20 mm. Grown in a region renowned for its ideal climatic conditions and rich soil, these raspberries impress with their generous size, delicate texture and intense aroma.

Harvested at perfect ripeness, then carefully sorted to retain only the largest fruits, they are individually quick frozen (IQF) to preserve their structure, deep red colour and all the freshness of their natural flavour. Their rare size makes them a premium product, both attractive and delicious.

100% fruit, with no added sugar or preservatives, these exceptional raspberries are ideal for the most demanding applications: refined decorations, high-end pastries, inserts, or desserts.
