Ponthier sources white peaches from the Rhone Valley. Peach trees bloom best in this region, thanks to the warm, temperate climate, high rate of sunshine and well-drained soils. The peaches are hand-picked when fully ripened and then delicately transported to our processing workshops. The white peaches selected offer excellent taste quality, white and fragrant flesh that is both sweet and slightly tart. The pink around the stone gives Ponthier white peach puree its bright pink colour.
