Ponthier blood orange IGP 100% purée

4cl

Tequila

1,5cl

Ponthier lime 100% purée

1,5cl

Agave syrup

2 dashes

Cardamom bitters

Glass : small coupe

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker two-thirds full of ice. Shake then pour through a double filter into a small coupe. Garnish with a crust of smoked salt and black salt and an edible flower.
