In a shaker three-quarters full of ice, pour in the vanilla syrup, PONTHIER lime puree and PONTHIER strawberry purée.
Add 4cl vodka.
Shake well and filter into a pretty cocktail glass

Decorate with petals of strawberry «stuck» to a rectangle of green apple on the rim of the glass. The strawberry petals stay in place thanks to the pectin in the fruit.
