Cuban or Puerto Rican white rum

Ponthier piña colada puree

Place a few ice cubes in a food mixer bowl, then add the rum and the Piña Colada Pontier puree. Mix for a few seconds, then serve.

Tip from Joseph: try using golden rum with a stronger wood-infused flavour.
