Decoration: fresh apple, dry lemon
Type of glass: Pot glass / Technic: Shaker
Shake all ingredients and double strain in a glass full of ice cubes. Decorate with a slice of fresh apple and one of dry lemon.
Variant: replace the white tea by green jasmin tea.
