White cane juice rum

Honey syrup*
Ginger ale
Glass: tumbler
Pour all the ingredients (except the ginger ale) into a shaker two-thirds full of ice. Shake then filter into a tumbler full of ice. Add the ginger ale. Stir gently. Garnish with young shoots.
Honey syrup*: boil 500g honey with 500g water.
