Ponthier PGI Syracusa organic lemon 100% purée3cl (1fl. oz.)
Rum

Cane sugar syrup

Sparkling water
Mix the all ingredients except the sparkling water using a shaker. Serve the mix in a cocktail glass and add sparkling water.
