Kaffir lime

Tonic water

Ice cubes

Decoration: kaffir leaves, fresh strawberry
Type of glass: Flute I Technic: Shaker
Shake the PONTHIER fruit purées with ice cubes and the kaffir lime zest, then double strain in a glass. Top with tonic water.
Decorate with the kaffir leaves and the fresh strawberry
