The delicious flesh of the yellow Charentais melon produces a fresh, fragrant, sweet and juicy puree. The melons used by Ponthier are harvested by hand in order to carefully assess the ripeness of each fruit before sorting into category, defined by diameter, weight and size. Only premium melons, commonly known as “table” melons, are used to produce Ponthier puree.
