Redcurrants
Maison Ponthier has selected its redcurrants in Poland, a country whose continental climate and fertile soil are particularly favourable for growing small fruits. These bright, vibrant red berries are prized for their lively taste, slight acidity and subtle aroma.
Harvested at optimal ripeness, they are frozen shortly after picking to preserve their freshness, delicate texture and taste. Their uniform size and natural shine make them an ingredient that is as attractive as it is delicious.
With no added sugar or additives, Ponthier redcurrants are ready to use and can be easily incorporated into a wide range of dishes, including pastries, jams, sauces, coulis, ice cream and plated desserts. A pure fruit with a distinctive flavour, designed to meet the precision and naturalness requirements of gastronomy professionals.
