At Ponthier, we guarantee complete traceability — from the fruit variety to its country of origin, and in most cases, right down to its region. Each product comes with its own unique “identity card,” with labeling tailored to each batch. We’ve also created Pure Trace®, a label certified by an independent third-party organization (OTI). Pure certifies products that are completely free from pesticide residues (62% of Ponthier purees & crushed ranges by 2025), while Trace ensures full transparency back to the grower-collector and their locality (75% of the Ponthier range by 2025). Our mission is to further support and showcase the people behind the plant-based supply chain, while answering the growing call from consumers for transparency. This commitment inspired the Live Trace! project — a unique experience that lets you discover our partner orchards in real time via a webcam, simply by scanning a QR code. Watch the trees grow, blossom, and bear fruit, season after season. Every fruit has a story to tell — one shaped by the richness of its soil and the skill of those who grow it.
