Cucumber (slices finely sliced)

Ponthier PGI Syracusa organic lemon 100% purée10 cl (3.4fl. oz.)
Ponthier watermelon purée8 cl (2.7fl. oz.)
Rose-flavoured lemonade
In the base of a shaker, gently crush the cucumber slices. Add the PONTHIER lemon puree and watermelon puree. Fill the shaker two thirds with ice. Shake, then pour through a double filter into a tumbler filled with ice. Top up with rose-flavoured lemonade, then stir. Finish off with a slice of cucumber and an edible rose for decoration.
