Ponthier Bergeron apricot purée1cl (0.3fl. oz.)
Ponthier PGI Syracusa organic lemon 100% purée1cl (0.3fl. oz.)
Cane sugar syrup
1,5cl (0.5fl. oz.)
Rosemary essence
Lemonade
Add all the ingredients except the lemonade into a shaker filled two thirds with ice. Shake, then pour through a filter into a tumbler filled with ice. Top up with lemonade and stir gently. Decorate with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
