Fresh mint
n a mojito glass, place the fresh mint leaves, the lime in pieces and the liquid sugar and muddle together. Add the PONTHIER passion fruit purée and Cuban rum. Fill the glass with crushed ice, add sparkling water and mix with a bar spoon.
