White sugar syrup
2 dashes
Wood Bitters (Bitter Truth)
Sparkling water
Fresh thyme
Glass : glass wine
Pour the limoncello, PONTHIER bergamot purée, sugar syrup and bitters into a mixing glass full of ice. Shake 20 times then pour into the glass. Finish with the Prosecco and sparkling water. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
