Ponthier coconut purée

Whole milk, steamed

Make the espresso. Pour the PONTHIER coconut purée into a jug with the milk. Steam the milk to 65°C. Pour the steamed milk into the glass and quickly stir in the espresso. Decorate with grated coconut, serve.
