Grand Marnier liqueur
Blend all of the ingredients (except the Champagne) in a shaker with ice. Pour the mixture into a Champagne flute whilst double straining the liquid using a cocktail strainer and a sieve. Top with the Champagne. Finish by placing the decorations on the rim of the glass.
