Red Fruits Hibiscus

Hibiscus infusion (20g of hibiscus for 1 litre of water at 95°C, infused for 4 minutes)

Shake all the ingredients then strain into a highball glass without ice.
Variant : add 3cl of vodka for an alcoholic version.
