For approx. 350 g of total mass

Heat the purees, add the sugar mixed with the Agar Agar and boil. Spread out to 1 mm on a silicon baking mat and chill in the fridge. Cut to the desired shape.

For a more natural version, replace the 4.5 g of Ingredium NHX Pectin with 3 g of Ingredium Natur Alg.

  • As a decoration for a plated dessert
  • As a decoration on a cupcake
  • As a decoration on a tartlet
