Cultivated Blueberries
Maison Ponthier has selected wild blueberries harvested in the forests of Poland, a country renowned for its rich natural environment and the quality of its berries. Smaller than cultivated varieties, these berries are distinguished by their intensely coloured flesh, powerful and concentrated flavour, and authentic forest floor aroma.
Picked in their natural environment, they are individually quick-frozen (IQF) shortly after harvesting to preserve their delicate structure, deep blue colour and all their organoleptic qualities. This raw and expressive fruit is particularly appreciated for its cooking properties and its ability to reveal aromas, even in small quantities.
With no added sugar or additives, these frozen wild blueberries are ideal for traditional jams, coulis, ice cream, sauces, pastries and cold applications. An authentic product, faithful to the naturalness and quality standards of Maison Ponthier.
