Raspberries (Broken)
Maison Ponthier offers raspberry pieces from the Willamette variety, grown in Serbia, a region renowned for the exceptional quality of its berries. This variety is prized for its melt-in-the-mouth flesh, abundant juice and intense aromatic profile, which is both fruity and tangy.
Obtained from fruit harvested at optimal ripeness, the pieces are quickly frozen to preserve all the taste and visual qualities of the fruit. Their irregular shape makes them particularly suitable for preparations requiring easy and homogeneous integration of the fruit, without compromising on taste.
100% fruit, with no added sugar or preservatives, these pieces are ideal for jams, coulis, ice cream, fillings, tart bases or inclusions in cake batter.
