Mango Cubes
Maison Ponthier offers IQF frozen mango cubes made from fruit grown in India, the historic birthplace of the mango and home to the most aromatic varieties. Benefiting from a tropical climate and rich soil, these mangoes develop melt-in-the-mouth flesh, bursting with sunshine, with an intensely fruity and delicately sweet taste.
Cut into regular cubes, the fruit is quickly frozen after processing to preserve its soft texture, beautiful yellow-orange colour and rich aromatic profile. This clean, uniform cut makes it easy to use in a wide range of preparations.
With no added sugar or preservatives, these mango cubes are perfectly suited to the needs of professionals: pastries, desserts, ice cream, fruit salads, sauces, exotic savoury dishes or drinks.
