Recapture the smoothness of organically grown Alphonso mangoes… Ponthier has selected the prestigious Alphonso mango from India to produce its organic puree. Small in size, highly concentrated in sugar and pigments, it is perfectly flavoured, fleshy and non-fibrous. The Indian terroir guarantees excellent fruit quality thanks to acidic and very rocky soil. Ponthier buys its mangoes from small producers who have been working with mango trees for many years and handharvest the fruit. The trees are treated naturally with natural organic or mineral fertilisers sprayed directly onto the foliage.
