Raspberry Frozen Puree (from France)
Committed to developing the local industry, Ponthier has selected several varieties of raspberries from small producers in Corrèze and Dordogne. This proximity between the crops and Ponthier’s processing facilities also allows the fruit to be processed as soon as possible after harvesting. Among the varieties selected are mainly Tulameen and Paris, which combine to create a beautiful blend rich in flavour. The Tulameen raspberry is synonymous with delicacy, offering generous, juicy flesh with deliciously tart and sweet notes. The Paris variety, meanwhile, brings excellent taste, aroma and fragrance. The qualities of each create a deliciously balanced recipe with an intense, indulgent colour.
