Red Fruits Frozen Coulis
Raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant and sour cherry
PONTHIER red fruit purée and coulis are made from four carefully selected fruits. Blackcurrants originate from Burgundy, where their cultivation is a long-standing tradition. To ensure optimal quality, the small black berries are harvested when perfectly ripe, guaranteeing a particularly juicy and tangy flesh. Our Willamette raspberries from Serbia are grown at an altitude of between 600 and 1,000 metres, giving them a more pronounced, tangy and fragrant taste. The recipe also includes Oblacinska sour cherries, which give the purée and coulis a lovely acidity and a very appetising colour, as well as Camarosa & Senga Sengana strawberries, synonymous with sweetness and freshness.
