Spray the liquid salt on the outside of the glass, dust with Furikake and gold powder. Garnish with a Shiso cornet and a ball of rum and cigar smoke ice cream, serve with a wooden teaspoon. Shake the ingredients in a shaker and pour the concoction into the previously decorated glass flute.
Grand Marnier with green pepper
Place the ingredients in a vacuum pack and leave to rest in 65°C water for 30 minutes. Filter and leave to cool.
