4cl (1,5fl. oz.)

With a shaker, mix the PONTHIER passion fruit purée, the vanilla syrup, the vodka and the PONTHIER lime purée. Shake and filter into a cocktail glass. Place the ½ passion fruit on the top of the cocktail so that it floats. Serve with a fresh Champagne shot.
