Ponthier pink grapefruit 100% purée

Mezcal

2cl

Agave syrup

1,5cl

Ponthier lime 100% purée

1cl

Ponthier red pepper 100% purée

1 dash

Angostura bitters

Sparkling water

Glass: tumbler

Pour all the ingredients except for the sparkling water into a shaker two-thirds full of ice. Shake then filter into a tumbler full of ice. Top up with sparkling water and stir gently. Garnish with a paprika crust and a segment of fresh grapefruit.
