We have chosen to showcase the French Charlotte strawberry, grown in the Rhône Valley in France. This variety, with its nostalgic fragrance, produces delicate fruit with subtle woody notes, perfectly sweet and juicy. Our puree faithfully captures the fruit’s characteristic aromas and features a beautiful, bright red color. Its texture is smooth, fluid, and seedless. This puree is also certified with the Trace label, Ponthier’s certification guaranteeing full traceability to the producer-collector and its place of origin.
