Shake all the ingredients in a shaker. Gently pour into a margarita glass. Garnish with a lime wedge, crispy raspberries, freshly ground pepper and a beetroot powder rim.
Victor’s tip: For a more Hispanic-inspired version, you can replace the 100% red beetroot puree with 100% red pepper puree.
